General Objectives:
To facilitate the efficient and cost-effective organization, processing, valorisation and timely targeted diffusion of project information (internal and external)
Specific objectives:
- Formulate a diffusion strategy that identifies principal products, tools/events and key target client groups.
- Develop an Internet-based project project-specific information management platform that includes the appropriate project management elements
- Manage the necessary input and output information flows for and from project partners (internally)
- Develop the appropriate information packages as defined in the strategy
- Organize the appropriate information diffusion events as defined in the strategy
