Project Coordination
Objectives :
To create and manage tools that allow for an efficient and effective project coordination including consortium coordination, scientific and technical management, reporting and Advisory Committee coordination.
Specific objectives:
- Organise an efficient and cost-effective project management team
- Develop and manage an Internet-based information management tool for library, storage, discussion forum, database, reporting etc purposes,
- Coordination and support to the research teams (especially through the WP leaders) and monitoring of quality and outputs (and inputs)
- Monitor and facilitate through the Project management team all budget and financial activities,
- Coordination of the Consortium Agreement formulation, and the Risk Management Strategy
- Coordination of all scientific and financial reporting
- Coordination of the Advisory Committee and their meetings.
